Parent Communication

1. Parents are informed of events pertaining to the H. Clarke Powers Extended Day Program through letters and notices and are available in the School Newsletter and on the

H. Clarke Powers School website: http://powers.loomis-usd.k12.ca.us/

It is each parent’s responsibility to review the HCP School Newsletter each week.

2. Parents of all H. Clarke Powers Extended Day Program children have available to them online information containing:

a. After School Care Handbook

b. *Child registration form (mandatory)

c. *Activity/Release forms, Medical assistance Waiver(s), if necessary.

*MANDATORY forms must be completed prior to a child attending the H. Clarke Powers Extended Day Program each month.
