1. Positive Attitude:
   You come to school ready to learn, help others, and show school spirit.

   You try your best in class, complete your work on time, and set goals for your learning.

3. Kindness & Respect:
   You treat others with care, include everyone, and use kind words and actions.

4. Community Involvement:
   You take part in school events, help around campus, and set an example for others.

5. Responsible Choices:
   You show honesty, follow school rules, and can be trusted to represent H. Clarke Powers.

6. Teacher & Parent Support:
   You have recommendations from your teacher and permission from your family to join.

The next application period will be held in September 2026!  All 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders are encouraged to apply.
