Pass Policy

• You must be on time in order to get a pass to leave

• No passes the first or last 10 minutes of class

• Bathroom or locker passes are on a first come, first serve basis

• Must return quickly so next student can leave, or you will be placed on pass restriction for this class

Library Passes

• Must be on time to APP

• Must sign up on the JHS library website: https://sites.google.com/longwoodcsd.org/junior-high-library/home

• Must always check in for attendance with APP teacher prior to leaving

• Must stay in library for duration of period

• Students getting or returning books do not have to stay for the duration of the period

Computer Lab Passes

• Must obtain a computer lab pass the day prior or before homeroom signed by your classroom teacher

• Plan ahead, so you should not be late to class because you were “getting a computer pass from your teacher”

• Will not be allowed to go without a properly signed computer lab pass

Blue Passes

• Must obtain a blue pass the day prior or before homeroom signed by their classroom teacher for the day you would like to attend extra help

• Plan ahead, so you should not be late to class because you were “getting a blue pass from your teacher”

• If you are late for this reason, it should be indicated on your pass

• Will not be allowed to go without a properly signed pass

*If you are late to class and do not have a pass, you will not be given any passes to leave the classroom.
