LEADERSHIP
President- Runs meetings, develops agenda, is the "go to" for questions, organizes and overlooks meetings. Open to upperclassmen only. Must have been a member (earned pin) for at least one year. Term length: One academic year.
Vice-President- Keep track of calendar, take attendance, takes over absent roles, recruitment. Must have been a member (earned pin) for at least one year. Term length: One academic year.
Treasurer/Secretary - takes notes, keeps tracks of funds, runs group errands. Term length: One academic year.
Events Coordinator - Plan and organize events, club fairs, keeps track of what needs updating (gardens, flags, etc.), bulletin boards. Term length: One academic year.

VOTING
Voting will take place following the fifth meeting of the academic year.
Members who have attended a majority of the meetings in the current academic year leading up to the election are eligible to vote.

Procedure
Voting will progress in stages from Events Coordinator up to President.
Following short, informal speeches, voting for each stage will take place before moving on to the next stage of speeches and voting.
