The volleyball elective is a prerequisite and must be taken before the volleyball team intensive.. As a volleyball team we will embrace the team spirit and dive deeper into the skills and techniques needed for the game of volleyball!

We will also reach out to local resources and clubs as a way for players to gain a deeper understanding of the game of volleyball and create memorable experiences and relationships for youth to learn more about volleyball.
Additionally, we will learn the importance of being a supportive audience and team member, and we will learn how to provide feedback to help our teammates achieve their performance goals.
There will also be a focus on dance standards in our warm ups to help us learn coordinated movements and to prepare our body to gain the strength, endurance, flexibility and movement range to adequately execute learned volleyball techniques.
