LHS & Pride Student Accounts

Google District

The recommended browser is Google Chrome. Lockhart ISD students and staff use Google for Education during the normal school day. Students access accounts and websites at school with Google Chrome. Click here for directions on how to install Google Chrome on your home computer.

If you have Google Chrome installed on home computers, please let students sign into Google Chrome and link/sync data at home. The student's bookmarks and other personalized settings will then be available at home.

• Student Google Username/Email: studentID@lockhart.txed.net

• Student Password: Same as student's LISD Chromebook password. Contact your child's teacher if they have forgotten their password.

Clever

Clever is an easy way for student to access all instructional programs. Students use their Google account to sign into the Clever portal.

Google Classroom is used in grades 9-12 and is the learning management system used to push out assignments to students.

Google Drive is where student work is saved.

Google Docs is a word processing application used to type text or paragraphs of information.

Google Slides is a presentation application used to present information.

Google Sheets is a spreadsheet application used to create charts and graphs and to display data.

Google Drawing is a drawing application.

Google Sites is a application used to create websites.

Eduphoria

• Eduphoria is used to take online assessments.

• Student launches program through Clever

Skyward Student Access

• Student can check grades, attendance and complete online assignments in Skyward.

• Student launches program through Clever.

Renaissance Learning

• Renaissance is used for reading and math assessments.

• Student launches program through Clever.

Texquest Databases

Edgenuity (9-12)

• Edgenutity is a program that runs some online classes used in distance learning.

• Student launches program through Clever.

Edpuzzle

• Edpuzzle is used for students to complete teacher-assigned video lessons.

• Links to Edpuzzle lessons will be posted in Google Classroom.

• Student Username/Password: Students should click "Sign in with Google" and use their LISD Google account.

Flipgrid

• Flipgrid is for students to submit video responses to teacher prompts.

• Links to Flipgrid assignments will be posted in Google Classroom.

• Student Username/Password: Students should click "Sign in with Google" and use their LISD Google account.

Other Accounts

• Almost all other accounts will use the student's Google sign in.
