P.R.I.D.E. Expectations of Professionalism
As a staff, we have agreed to uphold students to the “Titan P.R.I.D.E. Behavioral Expectations.” This does not mean just holding our students accountable for these expectations on a daily basis, but it also means:
We model the “Titan P.R.I.D.E. Behavioral Expectations” by our own words and actions.
We teach students what the components of “Titan P.R.I.D.E. Behavioral Expectations” are and why they are important and beneficial.
We do not assume that students were taught these expectations elsewhere.
We hold each other accountable for “Titan P.R.I.D.E. Behavioral Expectations.”
We foster a culture of learning from our mistakes, both for ourselves and for our students.
