PRINCIPAL'S COMMITMENTS

• Weekly collaboration time for the purposes of improving student learning, sharing effective practices, and core curriculum planning.

• Protected instructional minutes and minimal interruptions.

• Over-Communication.

• Value non-instructional time and only schedule purposeful meetings.

• Encourage and support student make-up work or opportunities for revision and late work.

• Support independent practice or homework that is accessible to students and assigned after they have demonstrated proficiency towards mastery of assigned activities.

• Support, provide and adhere to disciplinary processes that correct student behaviors that interfere with instruction.
