An action step of 2020's Cultural Proficiency Plan is to create an Equity Leadership Team to sustain the building’s work.

Comprised of educators and staff at all levels to allow for shared power, expertise, and ideas. The Leadership team would be responsible for developing ideas and strategies to submit to Penn Wynne School administration around equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching. Ideas would be done in a way that values diversity in all forms and celebrates the presence of variety in all school settings.
