Can counselors ride the bus to camp?
Yes, counselors are able to ride the bus if it is needed. However, it is best if they can find a different ride up to camp so they are able to attend the staff meeting, especially if they haven't been a counselor before.
Can I allow campers to join my camp if they aren't on the roster?
No. For food, lodging, and staffing purposes, only campers who have signed up and are on the official roster can attend the camp.
What resources are available at camp?
Camp resource availability is always changing, so it's best to check with the office admin at your camp center with questions regarding these items.

Where can I find my Director Dashboard?
Check your email for a link to your camp's Google Drive folder sent in the spring. Your Director Dashboard should be in that folder. If you can't find either of these, reach out to the Camp Assistant or the Facilities Manager.
Who sends wage + expense and evaluation forms to staff and evaluation forms to participants?
LLC office staff send out these forms electronically at the end of camp.
