Teachers can report any issues directly to Knowledgehook by emailing support@knowledgehook.com
Please be reminded that age of our devices may play a role in connection issues and the refresh button can solve many of the glitching and failure to load issues that students experience. Please also remind students to be patient and let the screen load before repeatedly trying to refresh or click other buttons as this can also cause issues.
When sending reports, please include the email of the account you are using, the name of the class you experienced issues with, and details about what the issue is happening (Gameshow or Mission, Teacher or student side).
In some cases, you may need to add another teacher to your account. This could be due to a number of reasons that may involve you sharing a class with another teacher or resource teacher.
