How to report Issues
How to report Issues
Teachers can report any issues directly when in Knowledgehook by clicking on the the flag image that can be found throughout the site.
Teachers can also reach out directly to Knowledgehook by emailing support@knowledgehook.com and indicating the time, class, and activity that was being accessed when issues occured.
Devices:
Before reporting, make sure your devices and browsers are compatible. If the browser is compatible, try clearing the cache and reloading the page.
When on a laptop, desktop, or Chromebook, you should use a popular browser like:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Safari on Macs
Avoid Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.
On iPads or iPhones
Whether you use the Chrome or Safari browser, you will need:
iOS 15 or higher
Older versions like iOS 14 or lower are not supported

In some cases, you may need to add another teacher to your account. This could be due to a number of reasons that may involve you sharing a class with another teacher or resource teacher.
