About the project
Breaking the Glass Ceiling is an assignment that allows a student to explore film techniques and perspectives from lesser-known female and gender non-conforming directors. Your research will allow you to share the educational impact of understanding female directors. Let their process influence the content for your next individual short. You will be required to share your research on IFC Google Classroom.

Assessment
After posting your process, you will be assigned to a trio of student-critics. The trio will share insights about editing, the cohesion of the storyline, and the short's imaginative qualities. You will be asked to sign-up to be a part of a panel discussion with your peers. If you do not submit work, provide feedback to your peers, or sign-up for a panel date you will receive an INC.
