Topics include: identifying strengths, the internet and social media, kindness, stress management, differences and social awareness, academic integrity and responsible decision making, and more.

Our series of mental health lessons for all middle school students cover: the importance of supporting one's mental health, raising awareness and reducing stigma, reviewing mental health disorders, reducing risk factors vs. increasing protective factors, advocating for yourself and others, and accessing resources and supports.
