This website will be the central hub relating to any upcoming information and changes for the new Liveheats entry system for Surf Life Saving
Go Live date is October 1st 2025
IMPORTANT POINTS
All members will be issued a Liveheats profile if they do not already have one
To claim your profile, you MUST follow the instructions sent to the email linked to your Surfguard / SLS Members accountUp until October 20th 2025, payment will need to be made via card; after this date, clubs and athletes will be able to pay via bank transfer
If your club is paying on your behalf, they will still need to do your entries
All team and relay entries are still to be processed by clubsFor any events where athletes pay their own way, they can enter themselves via the Liveheats profile
All payments will need to be made up front at the time of entry

Ensure you have created your account via the steps in the email sent to you from Liveheats.
Please check your junk or spam foldersIf you are having an issue locating this email, but know the email linked to your Surfguard/SLS Hub accounts, you can enter this email into https://liveheats.com/forgot-password and reset it directly
If you are a parent or guardian and are linked to more than one athlete, you will be sent multiple emails; however, you will only be required to follow the steps once. After this all of your children will appear in your account
If you are a team manager or club admin try to login, please follow the steps on the Club admins

Ensure you are logged in and have access to your correct athlete profiles
Find your event on Liveheats https://liveheats.com/
Select "Register"
If you are not logged in with the email linked to your Surfguard/SLS Members area account, you will not see the correct athletes to select from.
Please ensure you have followed the steps in "How to create my Liveheats account and ensure it is linked to my profile"
If you are a club admin/team manager, please visit this pageAdd in the athletes you wish to enter, fill in the required information and select the divisions (races) you would like them to do.
If you wish to add another entry, simply select "+ New entry" and repeat the process
Once you have added your entries, select "Continue"
Fill in the required user information and select "Continue"
Fill in your payment information required and select "Pay"

No, this is not required.
You can process as many or as few entries at a time.
Each entry is saved and NOT required to re-enter each time
What happens if my club is paying for my entry? ⬇️

Simple, your club in the 2025/26 will process these entries on your behalf.
They can visit the Club admins page for further information

Your club will not be able to re-enter you, however, both you and the club can amend entries after the fact
