If you are paying for athletes entries or need to enter team relays this is the page for you!
IMPORTANT POINTS
You will need to ensure you have added all of your competitors to your club
Please contact your state via the email below if you athletes are not linked to your account or do not appear as options at the time of entry
If you are paying the entry behalf of athletes, you will be required to enter for them
All entry payments are to be made at the time of entry
From October 20th 2025, payments can be submitted via bank transfer.
Prior to this, payments must be made via a card method
For any events where athletes pay their own way, they can enter themselves via the instructions on the home page

To perform entries on behalf of your club, you will first need to ensure you have been added as a team manager for that club on Liveheats. This process is done by the event organiser, branch, state or national body
Please check your Spam or Junk folders for an inviation
If you are having issues, please ensure you are logged in via the exact email that has been linked to your club on Liveheats
Ensure you are logged in and have access to your correct athlete profiles
Find your event on Liveheats https://liveheats.com/
Select "Register" and select "Individual entries"
If you are not logged in with the email linked to as a team manager for the SLS club you are trying to register, you will need to contact your branch, state or national body to have this resolved
Please ensure you have followed the steps in "How to create my Liveheats account and ensure it is linked to my profile"
Add in the athletes you wish to enter, fill in the required information and select the divisions (races) you would like them to do.
If you wish to add another entry, simply select "+ New entry" and repeat the process
If you are registering teams (only available from 22nd September), you will need to select "Team" after you select "Register"
Once you have added your entries, select "Continue"
Fill in the required user information and select "Continue"
Fill in your payment information required and select "Pay"

No, this is not required.
You can process as many or as few entries at a time.
Each entry is saved and NOT required to re-enter each time
Case Study
You enter all the athletes you know will be attending to take advantage of early bird pricing. After this, there are some late editions, meaning you go back and re-enter these new athletes; all of the athletes your previously entered will all be saved and remain paid for, so you will just need to pay for the new entries.
You can also wait until later to process relay entries, until you know how many athletes will be attending, and for all relay events (excluding Surf Boats and IRBs) you do not need to athletes to relays, this can be done by the Team manager on the event day
