500g plain flour
2 tbsp icing sugar
Pinch of sea salt
1 medium egg
1 egg yolk
200ml warm water
200g fresh raspberries
200g fresh blueberries
Icing sugar (to serve)
Sour cream or creme fraiche (to serve)
