Ingredients
• 5-6 apples
• 320g wheat flour
• 200g butter
• 1 medium egg
• 80g fine sugar
• 2 level tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Peel and grate the apples. Knead the flour, butter, egg, sugar and baking powder and set aside in the fridge for an hour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Place one part of the dough on the bottom of the baking tin.
Add the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place the rest of the dough on top in small pieces. Bake for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
