A. Branches, through their Branch Leader (BL), should inform their respective Regional Director (RD) regarding the plans to initiate fundraising projects (e.g for Unity Games, ILTC, etc). They should submit a formal proposal to their RD for approval.
B. The RD then reviews the proposal and either:
approves it without revisions/comments;
approves it subject to revision/changes; or
disapproves it with an adequate justification.
C. Depending on the decision of the RD, the branch can either:
proceed with fundraising project;
make the necessary changes and submit a revised proposal; or
submit a formal proposal for another project.
A. They should submit a formal proposal to their RD for approval.
B. The RD then reviews the proposal and either:
approves it without revisions/comments;
approves it subject to revision/changes; or
disapproves it with an adequate justification.
C. If their RD approves the proposal without revisions/comments, he sends it back to the initiating branch that will then coordinate with the other RDs. The other RDs review the proposal and either:
approves it without revisions/comments;
approves it subject to revision/changes; or
disapproves it with an adequate justification.
D. If the other RDs approve the proposal without revisions/comments, they should inform the initiating branch that will then summarize the decisions made and submit a report to its RD.
E. The RD of the initiating branch submits the report to the National Director (ND) for the approval prior to implementation.
F. The branch may then proceed with the project
A. Evaluate the nature of the fundraising project.
Fundraising should only be for projects that will help the mission and evangelization work of Lingkod. Our internal operations should be supported by the regular contribution of Lingkod Members.
Content, manner, and dynamics of the fundraising project should reflect our dignity in Christ and enhance Lingkod's name as a servant of God.
Fundraising methods must be Christian, ethical and decent.
B. Ensure that the fundraising project should meet the following criteria:
Well-planned (supported by analysis or study of needs)
Good marketing vehicle (communication materials, networking, etc.)
C. Avoid donor-fatigue
If individuals or corporation would like to donate to the National Fund, please write the check to "The Philippine Foundation of Ang Lingkod ng Panginoon Inc." and send it to the National Office or deposit it to its bank account. Please inform the National Office before making the transaction
