In classroom assigned Person Interest Inventory
Through classroom students will be assigned a powerpoint to view with Elements of Art and Principles of Design defined with historical artwork as visual examples.
They will then use this powerpoint to fill out the assigned guided notes (the vocabulary, slotted notes and icon) to be completed before the next class meeting.

“Think About It” questions to allow students to mentally interact with the vocabulary. Through random questioning, they will then share with the class.
January 9, 2020

2)Student Practice / Activity: As each student completes their thumbnail sketch, teacher and student choose the best of the 3. This is the drawing the students will re-create on their provided 12"x 18" drawing paper. Students will add sidewalks, trees, shrubs, brick and siding as they complete their buildings.
3)As students complete these details they will then begin adding value development using the hatching and cross-hatching techniques to develop space and depth.
