August IN REVIEW

Hello and welcome back everyone! August has come and gone, Below are some of the things we got into at Lighthouse Artspace!

Review Of August: 

• Lighthouse Artspace hosted an event for Ukrainian Independence Day and debuted a new Immersive Ukrainian show. We had patrons in our G1 Gallery space and the Lieutenant Governor General of Ontario attended alongside various members of different embassies. This is the second time Lighthouse Artspace Toronto has hosted an event for Ukrainian independence day and we look forward to doing so again in the future!

• We have re-organized the G1 lobby area. Some of you might have seen that the retail desk is now in a new area of the G1 lobby and so is Micky, This re-organization is to accommodate the return of Immersive Van Gogh (IVG). Coat Check and VIP are now combined and in a new space as well, however, it might not remain this way. If you have any suggestions or comments on these changes please don't be afraid to let the Venue Managers know either in person or anonymously using the suggestions page on this site.

Retail has received a new shipment of merchandise 

EVENTS

We are happy to be hosting a few events in the coming month. 

September 15th: Ukrainian Festival (9am - 1pm) 

September 15th: Ukrainian Festival (11pm - 2am)

September 16th: Ukrainian Festival (2pm - 8pm)

September 17th: Ukrainian Festival (2pm - 8pm)

The above Events above will be fundraisers to support various Ukrainian charaties in support of the Ukrainian people

September 28th: Harry Rosen Event

Harry Rosen will be launching their new winter collection with us here at Lighthouse Artspace. The event will be held in both galleries with G2 being used as a fashion show area.

Immersive Van Gogh (IVG) is set to make its comeback September 8th

ALL STAFF

We now have an Anonymous Suggestion Form that can be found on this website under the EMPLOYEE RESOURCES tab under ADDITIONAL RESOURCES section. Please feel free to use this form to submit anything that you feel you would like management to know. 

BOX OFFICE

Staff will now be able to get comp tickets for IVG, The process for doing do so will be the same as Disney comp tickets.

Rehearsal Hall Rentals

All staff can receive a 20% discount to rent out the rehearsal hall on the second floor. Please contact alina.tigountsova@lighthouseimmersive.com if interested.

2 Free Complimentary Tickets

 Every month, each employee has the option to receive two Basic Tickets for our Disney Animation Immersive Experience/IVG. Below is the process to receive these tickets!

Please send your email 2 Days in advance.

These tickets have to be under your name. You are welcome to forward your tickets to friends or family after you receive them, but when submitting a request, they must be under your name.

The Process

Email: ticketing.toronto@lighthouseimmersive.com

The email message must include:

1. Your full name

2. Your email address

3. Number of complimentary tickets requested

4. Date and time that you wish to attend
