Suspected or Confirmed Shoplifting

Any person suspected or confirmed to have been shoplifting from the retail floor.

Call for security, let them know the location of the incident (ie. security rv to retail floor) pull security aside and explain to them what you or the person who alerted you to the situation. Security will take over from this point on.
Inform a member of the retail team of what you or the guest who alerted you saw, discreetly point out or describe the person(s) involved.
Although security is the high priority contact for this situation, please make sure at least one supervisor is aware of the situation as well.
DO NOT approach or engage with any person(s) who are suspected or confirmed to be shoplifting, always wait for assistance from Security or management.
