CODE GREEN: DRUNK OR DISORDERLY PERSON(S)

What qualifies as Code Green? When would a Code Green be called?

• Any person on premises that is heavily under the influence of alcohol/ drugs or is behaving inappropriately and is becoming a distraction or problem to other guests inside the venue/ gallery.

Code Green Protocols

• Your safety always comes first, if you suspect someone is heavily under the influence and could be a potential danger to themselves or others based on erratic behaviour, call for a supervisor and security immediately.

• Security and supervisors will deal with disorderly behaviour, you can be asked to monitor the gallery while supervisors/security deal with the patron but, you will never be asked to deal with them directly.
