Dropping a shift?
Please email us the date and time of the shift you won't be attending, your reasoning, and if you have attempted to find cover.
Switching a shift?
Please email us and CC the person you are switching with. Please make sure you include the date and times of the shifts you are swapping.
Anything else?
Always feel free to send us an email with anything you want to bring to our attention or any questions you might have - we're here to help.
Please note that when requesting a shift change or swap, we must take into account the total number of hours worked within the week before approving any requests. We are unable to authorize more than 44 hours a week.
