Dear Lighthouse Primary School Parents,
As we wrap up another week, I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated teachers, enthusiastic children, and supportive parents for your active participation in our goal-setting sessions and parent meetings. Your valuable input and positive feedback are greatly appreciated.
We're excited to announce that our first cycle reports (CAR 1 Report) will be sent out today, along with the planning for cycle two early next week. It's a testament to the hard work and commitment of our entire school community.
Looking ahead, we're gearing up for Mauritius National Day celebrations next week. It's an opportunity for us to come together as a school family, celebrate our cultural diversity, and enjoy quality time with loved ones.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Grade 5 outdoor days this week and witnessing first-hand the incredible learning experiences taking place. A special thank you to Miss Nadine Ankers for her dedication in organising these enriching activities.
Additionally, if you're interested in being part of the Family Fun Day team, please remember to sign up. Your involvement will help make this event a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Please take a moment to explore what our Grade 2 and Grade 5 students have been busy with lately. Their achievements and progress are truly inspiring.
Please have a look at our new Edu-Blog on this link. In this space, we would like to share with you about education, philosophy, and good practice. We encourage you to let us know if you have topics you would like us to cover by emailing me at hannes.west@lighthouse.edu.mu
Thank you once again for your ongoing support and commitment to your child's education. Together, we can continue to foster a nurturing and enriching learning environment for all our students.
Kind regards
Mr West
