Constructivism method
This is an approach that comes from the conception of knowledge as construction of personal experience instead of the rapresentation of in indipendent reality. This current was created by George Alexander Kelly and it derived from primordial conceptions of the phylosopher Gianbattista Vico. Here, every objective knowledge is questioned, because understanding does not exist independently from the subject who knows and therefore is something subjective. It is indeed very complex and comes from an internal elaboration of feelings, beliefs and emotions. This "construction" originates from cognitive maps that aid individuals in orienteering and constructing their own interpretations. What we study is bonded through relations that are created by the observer.
Theory of the multiple intelligences
It suggests that there are nine intelligences in total and must all be used in learning. Some of these are like visual-space intelligence, this kind of people are good at visualizing things, directions, charts, videos and pictures: they read and write for enjoyment, they are good at putting puzzles together, enjoy drawing, painting and the visual arts and recognise patterns easily. The linguistic-verbal intelligence make people prone to write stories, memorizing information, reading, debating, giving persuasive speeches and are able to explain things well. Those who are strong in logical-mathematical intelligence, excel in reasoning, recognising patterns, analysing problems in a logical way. conducing scientific experiments, solving complex computations and thinking about abstract ideas. Those who have high bodily-kinesthetic intelligence are skilled at doing manual works, having great physical coordination and remember more by doing rather than hearing or seeing. People who have strong musical intelligence are very good at thinking in patterns, rhythms and sounds and they remember musical pattern and tones easily. Those who are outstanding in interpersonal intelligence can simply assess people's emotions, motivations, desires and intentions, can see situations from different perspectives, comunicate well verbally, are brilliant in nonverbal communication, resolve conflicts when working in groups and tend to create positive relationships with others. Individuals who are virtuous in intrapersonal intelligence, know how to introspect and value their abilities, they enjoy theories and ideas and have outstanding self-awareness. Naturalistic intelligence is the one that enables to find patterns and relationships with nature and permits to categorize and catalog information quickly. Last but not least, the existentialist intelligence.
So... you must understand what intelligence prevails in yourself and then develop it in order to become the best version of yourself.
