1623 Brewing Co. is one of our valued exclusive partners, and we are their sole caterer for large events. Together, our companies have established Craft Culture, an on-site kitchen at 1623 Brewing Co., which operates separately from the deliveries we handle for their events. While Craft Culture focuses on providing on-site culinary offerings, our delivery services ensure that larger-scale catering needs for 1623 events are met with the same exceptional quality and professionalism.
Key Points for Event Deliveries:
Check with the Event Host:
Touch base with the event host to ensure everything is set according to their plan.
Confirm the delivery aligns with their expectations, including setup, timing, and menu items.
Be attentive to any special requests or feedback they might have.
Check-In with the 1623 Event Manager:
Before departing from a delivery, always check in with the event manager at 1623.
Confirm that everything is as expected and that they are satisfied with the order.
Address any last-minute needs or adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
Commission Check Delivery:
A commission check is provided for each event and must be handed to the 1623 manager on-site before leaving.
Make sure the check is properly labeled and documented to avoid any discrepancies.
There is a large parking lot. You should be able to park very close to the front, and enter through the front door. A 1623 staff member can direct you to the event space if you provide them with the name of the contracted client.
Event details and menus may change on short notice. While we strive to keep you informed, please make sure to pick up your Event Folder from the back office door upon arrival at the catering facility. This folder contains the most current information and should be used to check out your order and confirm everything is in place.
Additionally, you must remember to pick up the commission check from the catering facility prior to departing for the delivery. This should be in your event folder, but if it is not, please ask the Warehouse or Commissary manager to locate it for you in the safe.
Your arrival time to the Owings Mills Catering Facility can be found on your schedule in 7Shifts.
Remember that your scheduled time reflects arrival to the facility 30 minutes before the food ready time to allow time for packing supplies, checking the food orders, and accounting for early morning traffic or other unexpected delays in the facility.
The uniform for this event Black Pants, Black [Logo] Polo or Shirt and Black Non-Slip Shoes. Please ensure that your clothes are pressed and presentable.
If there are any issues or questions during a delivery, contact Tyler Garrison (Warehouse Manager) and/or Veronic Flynn (Commissary Manager) immediately. Contact information can be found in 7Shifts.
