Benefits of becoming a Liberty HS PTSA Member

Individual/Regular Membership: This membership is designed for individuals - both current Liberty HS students and parents. Each member is eligible to vote at General Membership Meetings.

Staff Membership: This membership is intended for Liberty HS faculty and staff. Staff members are eligible to vote at General Membership meetings.

Community Partner Membership: Community Partners strengthen the bond between Liberty HS and the greater Frisco Community. This partnership allows Liberty HS alumni and community members, who do not have students currently attending Liberty HS or are not employed by Liberty HS, to support Liberty HS PTSA programs.

Parents: 

• Tap into Liberty HS PTSA’s network and get connected! This is a great way to get involved and volunteer during your child’s high school years.  Reach out to our VP of Membership at membership@libertyhsptsa.org if interested.

Students: 

• Graduation cord - If you are a member of Liberty HS PTSA all possible years that you attended Liberty High School, you will receive an Liberty HS PTSA graduation cord.

• FEF scholarships - Seniors who have been members of Liberty HS PTSA for at least 3 years at Liberty High School are eligible to apply for one of our annual Frisco Education Foundation (FEF) scholarships. See our Scholarships page for more details.

• Members can apply to be an Liberty HS PTSA Student Representative.

Teachers:

• We are here to support you!  In addition to the many benefits you receive as a member, we also do periodic stock the pantry, Back to School luncheon, cookie exchange and Teacher Appreciation week treats. 

• We welcome supporting any initiatives you may have for the Liberty HS, your colleagues and/or the community.  We hope to be implementing a Mini Grant process to facilitate the funding of such programs.

All Members:

How To Join

Membership is open, without discrimination, to anyone who supports the purposes and basic policies of the National PTA, Texas PTA and Liberty HS PTSA, and who has paid dues required by Liberty High School PTSA.  This includes, but is not limited to, parents, guardians, students, family members, teachers and school staff, Liberty HS alumni, and community members.  

PTSA membership must be renewed annually.
