The Cybersecurity program of study focuses on occupational and educational opportunities associated with planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. This program of study includes responding to computer security breaches and viruses and administering network security measures.
1st course: Foundations of Cybersecurity (1 credit)
2nd course: Internetworking Technologies (1 credit offered 27-28)
3rd course: Digital Forensics (1 credit offered 28-29)
4th course: Cybersecurity Capstone (1 credit offered 29-30)

These certifications help students stand out in interviews, help students gain confidence in a subject area, and give students valuable experience in preparing for the level of rigor required for industry certification exams they may face in the future.
