  • Create your work space

      • In your living room, office or kitchen, NOW bedroom

      • Chromebook, paper, pencils, calculator, snack

      • Try putting your phone away for 20 minutes at a time.


  • Take frequent breaks

      • Research shows that working for 20 minutes at a time with a 5 minute break in between academic work, makes academics more efficient and enjoyable.


  • Schedule fun

      • Scheduling work comes naturally, but making time for play is just as important. Don't forget to add specific fun activities to your daily plan.
