Jewel Osco Meningitis Vaccine Voucher

• A Flyer that includes a voucher to receive the required meningitis vaccine at a nearby Jewel Osco. If families have insurance, they should present with their insurance card. Osco accepts all major commercial insurance plans.

• A Meningococcal disease brochure from the IDPH for parents and families to learn more about vaccines and Meningococcal infections.
