Welcome 3rd Graders! I am so excited to be your classroom teacher this school year. I look forward to meeting each one of you, and having a fantastic school year.

I knew that I wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. and attended Point Loma Nazarene College for my Bachelor's program and CA. Teaching Credential, before embarking on my teaching journey in 1996. I have taught in Kaneohe, Hawaii (3rd Grade), San Jose, CA. (2nd grade through 6th grade) and in El Cajon, CA. (K-6). I have been with Literacy First Charter School since August 2015, at the Liberty Academy, teaching 5th Grade. I'm very excited to be back in the primary grades.

My husband and I have two daughters, and we have been married for 21 years. We enjoy going to the beach, watching movies, and doing things as a family. This December we are looking forward to our oldest daughter getting married.
