Mrs. Krider

Hello families!

My name is Jennifer Krider and I am so excited to be your child's sixth-grade teacher this year! This is my ninth year teaching, and my eighth year with Literacy First. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the LFCS family. I have two boys of my own attending LFCS. My oldest will be in 10th grade attending our high school, and my youngest is in 5th grade at the JA.

I am a San Diego native, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy coffee (iced sugar free vanilla lattes with oat milk!), french fries, trivia, and traveling when possible. And of course, getting as much time with family in as I can!

I am looking forward to having a wonderful year getting to know my students, their families, and building a fun, safe classroom community. Here's to a wonderful 2026-2027 school year!
