Hi, I’m Katelyn Young and this is my first year working at LFCA. I’m very excited that God has blessed me with the opportunity and allowed me to work with such a great staff! My family has been a part of LFCA for 4 years and we have loved everything about the school.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Sam, for 10 years he is my very best friend. We have created such a wonderful life together.
I have 3 handsome boys, Preston who is 9 and will be in 4th grade this year, he is my animal and bug loving boy. He loves to do art and play the piano, he has the sweetest heart and is so kind to everyone he meets.
Tate who is 6 and will be in 1st this year. He is all boy, he loves baseball and basketball. He also loves to get dirty and to play with nerf guns. Tate is 100% a Momma's boy. He is the most shy out of the three but once he gets to know you he will be your best friend.
Walker who is 4 and will be in preschool at Little Flock this year. We call him our little bully. He is not scared to stand up to his brothers and fight them. Even though he is tough he is also very sweet and loves to give hugs. He wants to be just like his big brothers.
Now a little bit about me. I have been a stay at home mom for the past 8 years and have loved every minute of it. I love to sing and I will most likely sing to your kids everyday. I love to go see Broadway plays, I have seen Wicked probably 10 times and I never get tired of seeing it. You will most likely see me with coffee in my hand and a huge water bottle. I can’t go a week without going to Target. It’s a problem and now my kids love Target as much as I do. I love trying new restaurants, I’m always looking for somewhere new to try. I’m always up for an adventure.
