Class Expectations:
Students are expected to be prepared for physical activity and on task as active participants during every class including on remote days.
Requirements for preparation include: wearing PE appropriate clothing and sneakers. NO JEANS, CROCKS, Boots or Open Toed Shoes for PE class. If your child is NOT wearing sneakers to school, have them pack a pair in their backpack to change into for PE class.
When students are not prepared or inactive points are deducted from their grade.
For safety, we ask that NO jewelry is worn. If a student has recently had their ears pierced, the family must supply band aids to cover the ears until they are healed and earrings can be removed. We are not responsible for any jewelry that may be broken or injury that may occur due to wearing it.
If a student is experiencing difficulty in the physical education setting the family will be notified by a note home or by phone. All efforts will be made to insure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
