Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to sixth grade! September will be here before we know it, and the new school year will be exciting. The sixth grade team of educators finds it essential to engage your child in development through personal discovery and creative projects, with an emphasis on Google classroom. To begin a successful year of learning, we recommend each child begin the school year with the following materials for all of their classes.
Chromebook Supplies:
1. All students (5-8) are required to purchase Insurance for their Computers. The cost will be
$25.00 payable through Pay-for-It; directions will follow.
2. All NEW middle school students will also be required to purchase a Chromebook case for
their computers. The cost of the case will be $15.00.
Pencil Case with Zipper that includes:
_____ Hand held Pencil Sharpener
_____ Package of (No. 2) Pencils (only a few will be needed daily)
_____ Package of (Blue or Black) Pens (only a few will be needed daily)
_____ 2 Highlighters
_____ Personal Glue stick
_____ 3 Erasers
_____ Individual travel pack of tissues, hand sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes for your child to bring to each class.

Keep the following supplies AT HOME so that the student can complete any projects/labs: construction paper, colored markers/ crayons, scissors, a ruler, pens, pencils, and loose leaf paper.
