In Person Job Shadow

All Spring Hill High School students are encouraged to explore careers through Job Shadowing once per semester, as approved*.  This is a great opportunity for students to learn more about careers in which they have an interest.  Shadow visits allow students to experience first hand the responsibilities and expectations of a specific career, as well as connect the skills and knowledge learned in school to the workplace and employment.  These opportunities may be set up independently by the student and parent.  In addition, assistance with locating and coordinating shadow hosts is available through the Career Specialist.

Please see Mrs. Bruno in room C216 for the Job Shadow Application.  Applications must be submitted FIVE days prior to the date of the job shadow and are subject to approval by the Career Specialist.  

* All shadow requests must be approved prior to the date of the shadow.  Students must be in good standing with attendance and grades with parental/guardian and teachers signatures prior to being approved and eligible for excused absence.
