All Things Mindfulness

Mindfulness simply means being present. This skills is so beneficial in and out of school. I have placed a link below to a google drive. This drive provides resources of mindfulness. I have a tab for parents and staff. It gives you ways to be mindful in your everyday life. I have another tab that provides resources for students.
