Nutrition Labels

For your convenience, we have compiled the nutrition labels and ingredients of our most commonly used products. If you don't see an item you want to see a label for, please email Hannah Yoo at hyoo@lexingtonma.org. 


FDA Update Sesame Allergen (January 2023) 

Lexington Public Schools uses Fantini Bakery as our bread vendor. The products that we purchase do not contain sesame but are made in a facility that uses sesame. 

Some bread products that we procure through Sysco are from Rockland Bakery. They also are a facility that handles sesame. 

Whitsons does not use sesame (including sesame oil) in any of our recipes.
