The Imjin War was a series of invasions by the Japanese Toyotomi regime against the Joseon Dynasty (modern day Korea) between 1592 and 1598, with the Chinese Ming Dynasty intervening to assist Joseon in late 1592. This Historical JCC committee will place delegates into the shoes of key figures from the Joseon and Ming Dynasty in the very midst of the conflict as the fate of East Asia hangs in the balance between these two great powers. Will the invasions succeed in uniting the region under Japanese control, or will the Joseon-Ming alliance successfully repel the invasion?
