Athletic User Fees
The Lexington School Committee has authorized the Department of Athletics to collect an Athletic User Fee from each student-athlete. All athletic user fee payments are made available online through the MySchoolBucks system shortly after the season starts. The user fee is not collected until after tryouts are complete. We request user fee payments be made ONLINE through MySchoolBucks, however checks are still accepted. Please make checks payable to the Town of Lexington, and mail them directly to Lexington High School, 251 Waltham Street, Lexington, MA 02421, Attention Athletic Dept. If you have any questions regarding the fee please contact the athletic office at (781) 861-2320 ext. 69902. Student-athletes who do not pay the user fee by the due date, may not be allowed to participate in interscholastic competition (games) until the athletic user fee is paid. All unpaid user fees are carried forward from year-to-year.
Financial Assistance:
The user fee can be reduced or waived for extenuating financial circumstances through the Lexington Public Schools Business Office. Parents must complete a financial assistance application prior to the start of the season to be eligible for tryouts. NEW financial assistance forms must be filled out for each new academic year. It is NEVER TOO LATE to apply.

$325.00 1st sport per student in family Varsity Sports $150.00 per sport
$325.00 2nd sport per student in family Junior Varsity Sports $125.00 per sport
*$650.00 = Family Cap for High School Families ONLY ***Intramural programs: $75.00 per session
**$825.00 = Family Cap for Families with Student-Athletes at Middle School AND High School (Grades 6-12)
***Intramural fees are not eligible for the Family Cap
