Concussion Testing for Winter 2023-2024 Athletes:
The ImPACT test must be completed by ALL 9th and 11th graders, and any NEW LHS student-athlete.
Failure to do so may result in your inability to participate with your team until you have completed the baseline.
Tests will be conducted ONLINE at the beginning of the season and emailed to student-athletes.
Testing only occurs ONCE during the 9th and 11th grade years (if you tested in the Fall you do not have to test again).
It is IMPERATIVE that you provide your student’s school email address in registration under Participant Contact info so they receive the testing link.

How to Register for Sports via ArbiterSports/FamilyID
Registering as a new user is simple:
First, create and activate your account.
If you have not already done so, create an account.
After you sign up for an account please check your inbox for an Activation Email from ArbiterSports/FamilyID. You'll need to click the link in that email to activate your account.
Once you have activated your account, you will be ready to register! Please click here to watch a quick video or read a help article on how to register for the first time.
Click the BLUE Submit button. After selecting Submit, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email confirming your registration.

NOTE TO PARENTS – PLEASE REVIEW YOUR STUDENT'S PROFILE TO MAKE SURE THE INFO under PARTICIPANT is your STUDENT's info, including their EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER (not parents) This info is for the COACHES and TEAM CAPTAINS. There are places to put the parent’s emails and phone numbers after the participant section.
Note: All notices out of FamilyID go to the account holder (the parent).

to participate and tryout for sports
