Hi everyone! I'm Amy Ma, and this is my portfolio. I will be updating periodically with every new work that I create. This website serves as my digital portfolio and a way for me and you all to connect based on your interests. As I mentioned in my statement, I aim to capture and observe interactions with people and nature. And what better way to capture that than through architectural work? Nature, people, and infrastructure should coexist sustainably. Apart from my interest in architecture, I am most experienced in traditional art. Join me as I explore the blend of traditional, mixed media, and architectural mediums for my AP 2D Art portfolio.

ARTISTIC FOCUS/EXPERIENCE
My work spans traditional illustrations, ink comic art, murals, photography, architecture/design, and mixed media, to name a few. I often incorporate themes of memory, environmental change, and the feeling of belonging. I started working in traditional art at age 4, where I began drawing video game characters and finding comfort through the fine lines of traditional sketching. That inspired me to create comic art based on the memoirs of transfer students and immigrants, which I can relate to to an extent.
Photography is something new that I picked up in the year of 2025. I seek to capture the interactions between people, especially in street photography. Learn more about my photography work:
