My name is Clyde D. Johnson II and I raised in Orangeburg, SC. I  graduated from Calhoun County High School and then decided to attend South Carolina State University (SCSU) on a football scholarship. During my tenure at SCSU, my teammates and I won the MEAC Championship with the Bulldogs! I finished my undergrad with a degree in Family and Consumer Science in 2019, followed by a Masters degree in Counseling Education from South Carolina State University in the fall of 2022. 

Prior to working at White Knoll High School, I served as a Gear Up College Specialist at Calhoun County High School. I also worked with the Strengthening Families Program held by CASA Family Services in Orangeburg, SC. 

I am married to the love of his life, Mrs. LaToya E. Johnson and we are blessed  to have two bundles of joy, Ellie Demitri Johnson and Clyde Johnson, III.  My favorite quotes is "It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men."-Frederick Douglass.
