Clyde D. Johnson II was born September 10, 1993 and raised in Orangeburg, SC. He is the eldest son of three. His parents are Mr. Clyde D. Johnson and Mrs. Cinthia T. Wolfe of Orangeburg and Branchville, South Carolina. Mr. Johnson graduated from Calhoun County High School and then decided to attend South Carolina State University on a full ride football scholarship. Although Mr. Johnson's football career was cut short, he was able to win a MEAC Championship with the Bulldogs. Mr. Johnson finished undergrad with a degree in Family and Consumer Science in 2019, followed by a Masters degree in Counseling Education from South Carolina State University in the fall of 2022. Mr. Johnson was recently the Gear Up College Specialist at Calhoun County High School. He also worked with the Strengthening Families Program held by CASA Family Services in Orangeburg, SC. On July 30, 2022, Mr. Johnson married the love of his life, Mrs. LaToya E. Johnson and they were later blessed with their bundle of joy, Ellie Demitri Johnson on August 6, 2023. Ond day Mr. Johnson wants to open up a learning centers to help at risk and underprivileged youth in struggling communities.
