School Counselor

Referral Form

The school counseling office makes appointments in a variety of ways.  Students/parents can stop in, if available; call, email or set regular appointments.   Many students need a check-in, but may not require regular visits.   School counseling theories are based on solution focused brief counseling.  If referrals for longer term counseling seem warranted, the school counselor will reach out to the parent/guardian with options to support the student's needs.

There are times when students may need help, but do not seek it.  If you notice this or if you would like to visit for any reasons, please use this form below and we will get back to you.
