Read Across America Week
Celebrate Read Across America Week (March 1-5, but anytime also!) by enjoying reading time, learning about new books and authors, and reading about the ones you already know about.
*Visit this site each day to see what that day's focus is for Read Across America Week.
Monday-Get caught reading day (homeroom) Homeroom teachers will record names of students who are reading during homeroom time and the names will be entered into a drawing for a prize.
Tuesday- "Oh the Places You'll Go"- Wear college shirt or career themed shirt
Wednesday- "Cat in the Hat" - Wear your favorite hat day (School appropriate - cost $1)
Thursday- Falcons Soar with Reading - Wear your favorite FMS shirt/hoodie. Celebrate being a Fulmer Falcon and Literacy
Friday- Heroes Among Us - Wear your favorite Super Hero T-Shirt or Dress as your favorite Real Life Hero (can be a person that makes/made a difference past or present).
