Chromebook Refresh/Reset

If your Chromebook is not turning on, maybe it is showing the power light turned on-but nothing is showing on the screen, your screen is frozen, or something different, follow the two options for attempting to get your Chromebook up and working again.  Start with option 1 noted in red.  If option one does not work, try option two in green.  Read the last step in option 2's box if neither of those options worked.
