Welcome to Lewiston High School Athletics. Lewiston High School has a wide range of athletic activities with 21 different programs and 42 teams. It is the school's hope that there is something for everyone to be involved in. Participation in athletics/extra-curricular activities is open to all students at Lewiston High School provided they meet the requirements pertaining to academic standards (eligibility), try-out standards/requirements, and behavior expectations set forth by the school and its' coaching staff..
Lewiston High School is a member of the Maine Principals' Association (MPA) and the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference (KVAC)--- one of the largest leagues in the state.
The Franklin Athletic Complex, home to many of Lewiston High School's athletic teams, is one of the finest facilities in our state. The City of Lewiston and Lewiston High School have hosted many league, regional and state championship events at this complex.

(Freshmen must pass 5 courses, Sophomore-Seniors must pass 6 courses)

Important Announcements
SPRING ELIGIBILITY: The SPRING Eligibility Check is quickly approaching. It will occur on Tuesday, May 14th. Athletes participating on athletic teams must meet the minimum eligibility standards. The eligibility check will be passed on 4th quarter progress grades.
FRESHMEN - Must Pass 5 courses in the 4th quarter
SOPHOMORES - Must pass 6 courses in the 4th quarter
JUNIORS - Must have passed 6 courses in the 4th quarter
SENIORS - Must have passed 6 courses in the 4th quarter
If anyone has questions in regards to eligibility, they need to see Mr. Fuller immediately.

CONGRATULATIONS to Boys Ice Hockey ... your 2024 Class A State Champions! This is the program's 25th State Championship
CONGRATULATIONS to both Natalie Beaudoin & Koral Morin who were selected to participate in this year's McDonald's All-Star game.
CONGRATULATIONS to Competition Cheering ... your 2024 KVAC Champions, your 2024 Class A North Regional Champions and your 2024 Class A State Champions! Competition Cheering also finished 4th at the New England Championship in the Co-Ed Division
CONGRATULATIONS to Boys Soccer ... your 2024 Class A North Regional Champions and your 2024 Class A State Champions! This is Boys Soccer 4th State Championship since 2015

Franklin Athletic Complex Improvements:
The Franklin Athletic Complex Trustees are still working on the Franklin Pasture Capital Improvement Fundraising Campaign. There are few minor elements that still need to be purchased. There are numerous sponsorship levels available!!!!
