WEDNESDAY, November 23, 2022 - Children will never get enough of the joy of face painting, storytelling, magic and puppet shows, and neither can the rest of us. It is the foundation of all the warm and nostalgic feelings we have for our younger years.

On the third day of Colegio Week, an event tailored specifically for the school's basic education pupils, was held in the Salon De Actos. Members of the Letran community attended the "Storytelling with Puppet Show," where they witnessed an abundance of joy, laughter, and smiles through a puppet show. With the event's instructive and entertaining nature, it drew in attendees as young as high school seniors and as old as college students.

Youngsters were overjoyed to take part in the storytelling event as they eagerly anticipated the chance to win a gift for correctly answering the storyteller's questions. The kids and the crowd got rowdier along the story time, so the magician had his work cut out for him. Not only were the children and other young pupils amazed, but also the faculty members as they gave their shocking appearances on the magic tricks performed by Kevin Bryan Bautista, a participant in Pilipinas Got Talent 4. Numerous magic tricks were done, but the one that got the crowd roaring was the appearance of a limbless reptile. What started as a magic trick of turning a magic wand into a toy snake, ended with the magician pulling out a live one. Magic tricks involving volunteers from the audience were also performed and every child who participated in the activities presented by the magician received a twisted balloon prize brought by the host.

All around, the atmosphere was one of excitement and laughter among the kids and the adults present at the event.
