The creation of L & E Therapeutic Services happened naturally.  When it came time to pick a name, I found myself drawn to something deeply personal yet universally meaningful. My daughters, Louise & Eleanor represent the curiosity, courage, compassion, determination, resilience and empathy that make transformation possible. L&E embodies the fearless authenticity and boundless potential that I believe exists within you. L & E is the foundation for a space where you can discover the potential within yourself.  

Limitless & Empowered isn't just a tagline. It's a foundational belief that with the right support and healing, growth is always possible, no matter where your journey starts. 

My hope is that when you step into this space, you feel safe, and supported.  Therapy is not about perfection, it is about progress, healing, and discovering the strength that already lives within you.  You have the ability to heal and the capacity to write new chapters for your life.
