The Massachusetts Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) puts money back on your EBT card when you use the Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to buy healthy, local fruits and vegetables from HIP farm vendors. Formerly known as Food Stamps. You may be eligible for the Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) if you have low income and low assets, regardless of your disability status. Eligibility will provide you with a food stamps “credit card” that you use at the grocery store to pay for a certain dollar amount of food every month.

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program provides supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income mothers, infants and children up to age five. Hours of availability are every Monday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and every Tuesday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.

The Montachusett Opportunity Council (MOC) serves lunch at the Leominster Senior Center every Monday through Friday at 12:00PM. Please call between 10:00AM and 11:30AM to make reservations. A donation of $3.00 is suggested per meal and Food Stamps are accepted. Pre-packaged breakfasts for $1.50 are also available. Please pre-order breakfasts on Wednesday for the following week.
